TSD Surveying is a local family-run company located in Northern Colorado, led by Tyler Dreman. He is experienced in all types of surveying from ALTAs and boundary surveys, to real estate ILCs and subdivisions. Tyler has surveyed for over ten years and is familiar with local county and city requirements. He can also assist in the planning and application portion of your project as well.

Tyler’s experience has involved him in surveying projects across the Front Range, from the greater Denver area to the Wyoming border, as well as the eastern plains out to the Kansas border. Tyler has worked on small residential projects and commercial sites, as well as rural properties, farms, and ranches. He has also been an expert witness in court cases and has worked with attorneys on numerous projects.

Tyler is a native of Colorado and grew up in the Denver area. He graduated from CSU Pueblo where he majored in Civil Engineering Technology. From there he pursued surveying, and has since led surveying departments for several large companies located in Colorado. He recently decided to open his own company to provide these same services. Tyler lives on a small horse ranch east of Fort Collins with his wife and 2 boys, where they raise and train horses in their free time.
